     あたしはバンバンさんが好きですから、毎日彼と遊びしで、楽しかったです。

    今晩、ゆりさんはJoyceさんの家に来ました。帰りの時ですけど、あたしはいつバンバンさんと会いますか?

    音樂來了……

    喵!

    做一隻貓很不容易的,很多時候身不由己。比如選擇博客的音樂,就無法由我隨意安排。唔。。

    剛才和LiLi划拳,我輸了(因為我的手只能夠出“布”,LiLi就每次都出“剪刀”,似乎不是太公平),所以就由LiLi來選擇博客的音樂。我實在覺得這些音樂和我這段日子苦心經營的博客氛圍很不搭調,放在博客上真是尷尬,可是沒有辦法。大家可以留言進行投訴,這樣通過民意把LiLi的歌給趕下去……

    乾脆還是給大家介紹一下吧。

    LiLi特別喜歡一個叫做航蓋的蒙古樂隊,雖然“烏蘭巴托之夜”不是航蓋的原創作品,但是每次聽到這首歌都會讓LiLi特別特別激動,而且想念起航蓋樂隊。上個禮拜航蓋的演出,LiLi去了,回來略顯失落的樣子。她說胖胖的主唱沒有到場,所以氣氛有些好像缺了些什麽。

    因為喜歡航蓋,LiLi也喜歡那個叫做疆進酒的酒肆;

    因為喜歡疆進酒,LiLi也喜歡那個叫做航蓋的樂隊;

    如果有人問我最喜歡趴著懶懶、甜甜睡去的地方是哪裡,我會說:LiLi臥室的窗臺上。但是LiLi或許會說:航蓋演出結束后的疆進酒酒肆。

    Sushi roll - II

    Hi everyone!  Miu miu....  This week, in Dr. Hoshu's kitchen, we once again practised the making of Sushi roll. :D  Unfortunately, I didn't get any of those, because Lili lost her meal box of Sushis on her way back home.  Oh well...  You know.  A generous, understanding cat like who I obviously am just need to forgive Lili from time to time..

    For the first time English language readers of my blog: hello!  My name is Maccha, I am Lili's black cat, and this is my blog.  Maybe we should call this "Mlog!" -- Maccha's Blog, or "Clog" -- Cat's Blog, whatever you prefer.  Miu miu...

    Though many people out there have doubts in the fact that it is me who's really writing this blog, they assume it must be Lili who's secretly writing it in my name.  Oh well...  Sometimes their lack of imagination can stand in their own way of finding out something truly amazing, don't you think?

    Now, let me help Lili to introduce to you the making of Sushi Rice, here's the receipe from Dr. Hoshu:

    Rice -- 180 cc

    Water -- 200 cc

    Sake (Japanese wine清酒) -- 15 cc

    Sushi vinegar (白菊醋)-- 30 cc

    Sesame -- 15g

    Hey you know what?  Sometimes I also think that this whole story Lili has been telling me about the Japanese cooking class is just one huge conspiracy!  Cos she brings back all those lovely photos of Sushis and stuff, saying:"I made them."  But I, catally, have never seen any those actual food in front of my very eyes.  But anyways, she has promised this morning that when they reach the "Fish Lesson", she'd bring the fish back to me.  How exciting!

    Now, some pix from Lili's yesterday's lesson:

    I'm not sure if Lili is the best student in her cooking class.  Those products made by her classmates look obviously more attempting from a cat's perspective.  Look, this is by Mei!  This is a special kind of sushi, with the sea weed inside, rather than out.  For this you will need to use plastic handi-wrap over folding side of the bamboo sheet that you use to roll the sushi.

    Those two sushis at the top of the plate with mad hairstyle are chopped from the top and bottom of the roll, where there are extra bits sticking out.  The pink little ginger flower was Dr. Hoshu's work of art.

    When you are bored of the round sushis, you might also want to try Richard's square sushis from outer space!

    Now, last but not least, Lili's sushi!  It's not the worst sushi on earth, is it?  I love them.  Go Lili!  Go!

    BTW, there is a complaint I need to make today!  Lili quoted the following line from Dr. Hoshu.
    "Girl's shouldn't have cats.  They'd become like cats."

    Hey!  That's kind of unfair and judgemental, isn't it?  You mean LiLi should get rid of me or something?  Then I will become a street cat, eating 麻辣烫 around the corner everyday.  How cruel.  Then no one will be writing this blog for her cooking classes...
  • 上個周末的課程內容是天婦羅。回來的路上,LiLi遇到了停車鋪家的大白貓,聽LiLi說那隻大白貓很帥氣,兩個眼睛顏色不一樣。LiLi打算以後把我許配給他呢。哇……多不好意思。

    他叫小白。小白的主人是自行車停車鋪的守車人,小白是他唯一的朋友。

    上個禮拜日曜日的下午,小白看見LiLi手裡裝滿天婦羅的飯盒就在路邊朝她叫。於是LiLi打開飯盒,把最可愛的天婦羅蝦放在路邊。小白喵喵直叫,瞪著一雙不同顏色的眸子,偷偷地看著LiLi走遠……

    所以,小白是LiLi的天婦羅的第一個客人。

     

    小女深居簡出,其實還從來未曾見過小白……唔,或許有一天LiLi會帶我去自行車鋪。

    那我先來給LiLi的天婦羅做一個札記吧,也供大家參考:

    • 天婦羅是從葡萄牙引入日本的舶來品,天婦羅這個名字也是葡萄牙語的演變哦;
    • 炸天婦羅時候裹上的漿裡面水:麵粉(小麥粉)=150:100,還有雞蛋呢,可是秀先生好像沒有說比例;
    • 適合炸蝦天婦羅的油溫=170°C-160°C,簡單來說呢,就是大火短炸;
    • 適合炸蔬菜天婦羅的油溫比蝦要小些,也就是小火長炸;(唔,需要點耐心才是哦……)

    大蝦天婦羅的秘密:

    • 要想讓老頭大蝦假裝好像挺胸抬頭一樣,就要用刀把它們胸前、肚子上的經絡給切斷哦;
    • 蝦的尾巴上面不可以裹上面漿的;
    • 給大蝦們泡油湯時候,要讓一半先試試泳池溫度,給它們一些心理準備;
    • 然後還要記得給大蝦們添加一些面漿,讓它們看起來好像爆炸髮型一樣。

    就是這樣子。其實呢,我悄悄認為天婦羅好吃的味道其實都是來自一個叫做めん的調料裡面來的呢,吃的時候可以加些白蘿蔔絲解油膩……

    LiLi和朋友們一直對秀先生的認真教授滿心感激,雖然她們手藝還是很有限,但是她們還是希望秀先生會喜歡她們專門為秀先生做的“笑臉天婦羅”禮物,看!

    私は雨が好きです、りりちやんも。それから、最近私たちは毎日楽しいです。雨どうしてですが?私たちはわかりません。

    或許是因為奧運就要到了,所以要以清雨為奧運洗塵吧。總之只要有雨,我們就會很開心,我喜歡下雨的時候趴在LiLi的懷裡發呆,りりちやんの好きな音楽を聞きます。
